At Tatcha, we want you to love your skincare ritual. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns on all domestic orders within 90 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid USPS shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any USPS location. Once received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
